Boot-It Next Generation 

This piece of software is the best tool of it's kind I've found. It is a combination boot-menu/hard drive partition tool. You burn an ISO to a cd, restart your computer and the program loads form the cd at boot time. You can choose to install the boot menu, but I have always used its HD partition tools instead. Just cancel the install, and you are automatically in the partition utility. Create, Delete, Resize, and Move partitions. It supports many different type such as FAT, FAT32, NTFS, HP-UNIX, EXT3, Linux Swap, etc
